Incentives to be a Vendor or Artist at Anime Sekai
The 1st place winnner of the cosplay contest will receive a $300 award credit to purchase anything from the exibit hall. That credit will be covered by us so the individual may choose up to $300 dollars worth of items from the exibit hall and we will cover it. We will also do this with other tournaments. The $300 award credit will not carry over to the next year, in other words it must be spent before the convention is over.
LARP BATTLE GROUNDS
We have set up LARP BATTLE GROUNDS to attract foot traffic to the back of the convention. It is also a super fun activity to participate in. Yes, the circles are tables for eating and resting. The food will be concessions hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, snacks and drinks.
Become a Hotspot on our Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt/Pass Port
We're doing a scavenger hunt/pass port work sheet were attendees will need to get a stamp from SELECTED BOOTHS (For more info to become selected booths email firstname.lastname@example.org). This is a great opportunity to get attendes to come to your booth. This allows you to interact with attendes as they come for a stamp to your booth, this will give you the seller the time to pitch your sales. Completed sheets will be allowed to enter into the Funimation giveaway. We are also doing a scavenger hunt with the same objective as the sign off sheet.
The sale of Bootleg Items is not Permitted. Allowing access of adult material to minors is not permitted. Adult material should be out of plain sight. The sale of weapons to anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted. Anyone purchasing a weapon must be made aware of Anime Sekai Weapons Policy. Vendors must abide by the convention policies . No food or drink sales.

Who qualifies to get a table in the Artist Alley: Someone who designs and creates their own original work Any item featuring artist own characters Original hand drawn items Original hand crafted items such as; plush toys, dolls Original clothing and accessories such as; t-shirts, bags, pins, buttons, jewelry, props, ears, chain mail Self published works such as; CD's, books, DVD's Fan Art as long as it clearly shows artist work and not trying to replicate
Items artist are NOT allowed to sell or offer:
Food or Drinks Hazardous Items Commercial Products Weapons Makeup or Face painting Autographs Artwork that is not your own We do not require any paperwork to be an artist at this event. It is your responsibility to collect and file your own taxes.
